Help Desk Support, El Segundo, CA
Conduct troubleshooting Level 1 (routine) network, server, PC/laptop, and computer peripheral device problem tickets (phone and in the field) and providing resolution or escalating to Level 2.
Responsible for Level 1 (routine) software and hardware installation, account administration, computer-related equipment check-out/check-in, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) setup/operation, tape backup, etc.
Performs PC/laptop hardware and software project deployments.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years of overall help desk experience supporting 500+ users.
Network printer and scanner knowledge.
Intermediate knowledge and skills in administering network/system accounts and managing file systems in a Windows 2000.
A+ Certified
